It's coming to an end

The YoungCare project is racing towards its final phase and so our last major project meeting took place in Vilnius (Lithuania) on 1 April 2025 (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7315021934692392962/). There, Inês Saavedra from SHINE 2Europe in Portugal also presented our project results in a co-creation session with young researchers, representatives from municipalities, start-ups, and other key stakeholders from all over Europe. Our online learning platform will also be ready soon. It is the centrepiece of YoungCare: a low-threshold learning and information offer for young people in need of care and their informal carers.
